Weather in Arkansas can change by the hour! Hopefully the skies will be clear or partially cloudy. However, even if the sky is completely overcast, the effects of totality will still occur. Meaning that Jasper will still experience 2 minutes of nighttime during the total solar eclipse! And because of the brightness of the sun, the eclipse can often still be witnessed through the clouds!
